Hot off the heels of The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct that revealed a ton of new gameplay and information for the Ocarina of Time Remake, Nintendo brings us another Nintendo Direct with new looks and reveals for Switch 2 games coming today and through Spring 2027. Among the reveals were a brand new Metroid game with Metroid Ravenous, and a brand new open sandbox Kirby game with Kirby and the World Beyond. There were also tons of third party games announced and being ported to the Nintendo Switch 2. Here’s everything that was announced in the Nintendo Direct for September 2026.
