Saros: How to Defeat Bastion (Second Boss Guide)

Bastion serves as the formidable gatekeeper of the Ancient Depths, and while this stationary sentinel might seem simple at first, its grid-based attacks and area lockdowns can quickly overwhelm an unprepared player. To survive this encounter, you’ll need to ditch your close-range shotguns in favor of rifles or handcannons and master the use of the arena’s jump pads. This guide breaks down how to navigate the boss’s lethal beam patterns and which Power Weapons, like Prominence or Dispiritor, will give you the edge at medium range.

We also dive into the transition phases, showing you the most efficient way to clear out turrets and recharge your resources before the intensity ramps up. Learn how to manage the “Shield Amplifier” trade-offs when absorbing yellow orbs and how to position yourself at the back of the arena to maximize your reaction time against Bastion’s final phase lockdown. Stay tuned after the breakdown for a full, unedited successful run against Bastion to see these strategies in action on Carcosa.

Diablo 4 Warlock Endgame Gameplay

Diablo 4’s most recently released class is the aforementtioned Warlock that was first introduced in the Diablo 2: Resurrected expansion, Reign of the Warlock. Now a more “realized” version of the class has been added alongside the second Diablo 4 expansion, Lord of Hatred. During some early hands on-time with Lord of Hatred, we got to build out a decently leveled Warlock to engage with some endgame content. Watch as we go through the Pit of the Artificer, a Nightmare Dungeon, some Helltide activies, and the Greater Lair bosses too see how the Warlock holds their own. Here’s 12 minutes of Warlock endgame gameplay in Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred.

Above Land: Rhapsody is a Co-Op Roguelite That Mixes Swordplay with… Slam Dunks?

Colourful, quirky, and completely chaotic, Above Land: Rhapsody basically takes the three-player co-op carnage of Elden Ring Nightreign and injects it with some hilariously over-the-top weapons and special moves that seem straight out of a Yakuza street brawl. At a recent BiliBili: First Look event in Shanghai, I spent a few hours hacking and slashing away at monsters in a land above the clouds, in this frenetic roguelite that marries breathtaking bursts of action and exploration with a deep sense of combat customisation. Yet what really stood out for me was the creative combination of weaponry at my disposal. I mean, when was the last time you played an action RPG that allowed you to cut down goblins with a giant broadsword in one hand, and perform slam-dunking finishing moves with a basketball dribbled with the other? Previewed by Tristan Ogilvie

Above Land: Rhapsody – Official Reveal Trailer

Introducing Above Land: Rhapsody, an absolutely wild sci-fi fantasy action-RPG roguelite with tower defense elements set above the clouds that you can play in three-player co-op where weapons include bows and arrows, swords, and chairs. Yes, chairs. And basketballs. You’ll see what we mean in the trailer.
