It’s time to set the record straight. Watch the trailer for The Vampire Lestat, the next chapter in Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe. The Vampire Lestat follows Lestat as the world’s first immortal rock star on an electric multi-city tour, while he’s haunted by “muses” from his rebellious past. The new trailer for The Vampire Lestat features Lestat’s (Sam Reid) rendition of Billy Idol’s iconic “Dancing With Myself.”

The Vampire Lestat also stars Jacob Anderson, Assad Zaman, Eric Bogosian, Delainey Hayles and Jennifer Ehle and is executive produced by award-winning producer Mark Johnson, creator, writer and showrunner Rolin Jones, Hannah Moscovitch, along with Christopher Rice and the late Anne Rice. 

The Vampire Lestat premieres on June 7, 2026, at 9PM ET/PT on AMC and AMC+.

Based on Anne Rice’s iconic novel, Interview with The Vampire follows Louis’ epic story of love, blood and the perils of immortality, as told to the journalist Daniel Molloy. Chafing at the limitations of life as a black man in 1900’s New Orleans, Louis finds it impossible to resist Lestat’s offer of the ultimate escape: joining him as his vampire companion.

But Louis’s intoxicating new powers come with a violent price, and the introduction of Lestat’s newest fledgling, the child vampire Claudia, soon sets them on a decades-long path of revenge and atonement. A sensuous, contemporary reinvention of Anne Rice’s revolutionary gothic novel.

Windrose reviewed in Early Access by Leana Hafer on PC.

With its snappy ground combat and excellent sound design, Windrose has made a strong impression on me at its Early Access release. Particularly when it comes to polish, this feels more like a finished game than a beta. And while the story and progression cut off a bit abruptly, there’s still more than 80 hours of stuff to do if you want to see everything that’s currently available. Some mission types need rethinking – it’s no fun to be mobbed on the deck of a ghost ship by 20 zombies with no means of stealth or crowd control – and I’m not wowed by the naval battles yet. But a robust building system and exciting, handcrafted points of interest lay a strong foundation for some pirate adventures alone or with friends.

We may not have seen the last of Joel from The Last of Us, according to original Joel actor, Troy Baker. Although—SPOILER ALERT—he’s been dead in the games and in the live-action show, Baker thinks Joel’s impact on popular culture means he’ll appear in some form in future projects. In other news, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is basically canon now, or at least parts of it. Shigeru Miyamoto himself confirmed that Nintendo is considering Peach and Rosalina’s backstory, as told in the movie, to be canonical in the games, too. And finally, the trailer for Coyote vs Acme has dropped, and the nearly-cancelled movie will debut in theaters this August.

Clayface unravels one man’s horrifying descent from rising Hollywood star to revenge-filled monster in a story that explores the loss of one’s identity and humanity, corrosive love, and the dark underbelly of scientific ambition.

The film stars Tom Rhys Harries, Naomi Ackie, David Dencik, Max Minghella and Eddie Marsan, as well as Nancy Carroll and Joshua James. James Watkins directs from a screenplay by Mike Flanagan and Hossein Amini, story by Flanagan, based on characters from DC. Clayface is directed by James Watkins, with the film being produced by Matt Reeves, Lynn Harris, James Gunn and Peter Safran, with Michael E. Uslan, Rafi Crohn, Paul Ritchie, Chantal Nong Vo and Lars P. Winther executive producing.

Watkins’ creative team includes director of photography Rob Hardy, production designer James Price, editor Jon Harris, visual effects supervisor Angus Bickerton, costume designer Keith Madden, and casting director Lucy Bevan.

DC Studios Presents, in association with Domain Entertainment, a 6th & Idaho Production, a James Watkins Film, “Clayface.” The film will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures and released only in theaters and IMAX® in North America on October 23, 2026, and internationally beginning 21 October 2026.
