Valve’s Steam Machine announcement sent ripples through the gaming industry this week, and Head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, has weighed in. Spencer congratulated Valve and said in a tweet that Microsoft is one of Steam’s biggest game publishers, and they welcome the new addition to gaming hardware. Valve also announced a new controller and the Steam Frame, a new VR headset. In other news, Sony and NCSoft have announced Horizon Steel Frontier, an MMO for mobile devices set in Sony’s Horizon franchise. And finally, Apple has revealed the first real trailer for season 2 of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, the show set in the Godzilla x Kong universe.

Don’t miss the Darkmoor Launch Trailer for Wizard101, the free-to-play magic-based MMO RPG developed by KingIsle Entertainment. Players will be able to explore an eerie and shadow-filled realm known as Darkmoor to experience a new area and the start of a multi-year story arc. Harness new spells and gain access to quality-of-life updates with the Darkmoor Expansion, available now in Wizard101 for PC, with a release on console at a later date.

Take a look at the Console and Mobile Release Date Trailer for Red Dead Redemption, the critically acclaimed Western action-adventure game developed by Rockstar Games. Embark on the tale of John Marston as his old ties to the Van der Linde Gang come back to haunt him years after the events of Red Dead Redemption 2. Players can access new upgrades, the ability to carry over game progress, and a number of enhancements at no extra charge. Red Dead Redemption is launching on December 2 for PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, iOS, Android, and Netflix Games.

Check out the Wuthering Heights trailer for the upcoming film imagining of one of the greatest love stories of all time. Wuthering Heights stars Margot Robbie as Cathy and Jacob Elordi as Heathcliff, whose forbidden passion for one another turns from romantic to intoxicating in an epic tale of lust, love and madness. The film also stars Hong Chau, Shazad Latif, Alison Oliver, Martin Clunes and Ewan Mitchell.

Emerald Fennell directs from her own screenplay based on the novel Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë, and produces alongside Oscar nominee and BAFTA award winner Josey McNamara and Robbie. Oscar nominee Tom Ackerley and Sara Desmond are executive producing.

Wuthering Heights opens in theaters on February 13, 2026, and internationally beginning 11 February.

Players will get behind the wheel of high-performance vehicles to race on laser-scanned roads for realism across a suite of different modes from Rally School, Career mode, and more.
