The Sheep Detectives – Official ‘Reading’ Clip (2026) Hugh Jackman, Bryan Cranston, Emma Thompson

Watch as George (played by Hugh Jackman) reads to his flock in this clip from The Sheep Detectives, an upcoming film that also stars Nicholas Braun, Nicholas Galitzine, Molly Gordon, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Bryan Cranston, Chris O’Dowd, Regina Hall, Patrick Stewart, Hong Chau, Emma Thompson, Tosin Cole, Kobna Holdbrook-Smith, Conleth Hill, and Mandeep Dhillon.

The Sheep Detectives follows George Hardy (Jackman), a shepherd who loves his sheep and raises them only for their wool. Every night he reads aloud a murder mystery, pretending his sheep can understand, never suspecting that not only can they understand but they argue for hours afterwards about whodunnit. When George is found dead under mysterious circumstances, the sheep realize at once that it was a murder and think they know everything about how to go about solving it. The local cop Tim Derry (Braun), on the other hand, has never solved a serious crime in his life, so the sheep conclude they will have to solve it themselves, even if it means leaving their meadow for the first time and facing the fact that the human world isn’t as simple as it appears in books.

The Sheep Detectives is produced by Lindsay Doran, Tim Bevan, and Eric Fellner.

The Sheep Detectives, directed by Kyle Balda, opens in theaters on May 8, 2026.

Forza Horizon Recap – Yes, Seriously…

Forget what you think you know—the Forza Horizon series isn’t just about racing; it’s an epic battle for the human soul. We’re getting newcomers and returning players up to speed with the full story of The Horizon Festival, which is not just a decadent motorsports event, but a bitter clash of competing visions for civilization. No, really. It might look like a 12 year-old’s idea of what a car show is, but it’s much, much deeper than that.

From the halcyon summer of Colorado in Forza Horizon 1 to the sun-soaked coasts of Mexico in FH5, we recap all the grand spectacle and highlight the more absurd showcase events in which the humble car asserted its dominance over air and sea. But the most bitter feud is fought on land: road vs. rail, a grudge match that spans the entire saga. We chart the car’s continuous victories against locomotives like the sleek steam-powered passenger train, the diesel freight train, and the iconic Flying Scotsman. Finally, we look ahead to Forza Horizon 6 in Japan, where the cult of the car faces its ultimate, terrifying, and fully-electric final boss: the Shinkansen.

Saros: How to Defeat Bastion (Second Boss Guide)

Bastion serves as the formidable gatekeeper of the Ancient Depths, and while this stationary sentinel might seem simple at first, its grid-based attacks and area lockdowns can quickly overwhelm an unprepared player. To survive this encounter, you’ll need to ditch your close-range shotguns in favor of rifles or handcannons and master the use of the arena’s jump pads. This guide breaks down how to navigate the boss’s lethal beam patterns and which Power Weapons, like Prominence or Dispiritor, will give you the edge at medium range.

We also dive into the transition phases, showing you the most efficient way to clear out turrets and recharge your resources before the intensity ramps up. Learn how to manage the “Shield Amplifier” trade-offs when absorbing yellow orbs and how to position yourself at the back of the arena to maximize your reaction time against Bastion’s final phase lockdown. Stay tuned after the breakdown for a full, unedited successful run against Bastion to see these strategies in action on Carcosa.
