Here’s your look at the Resident Evil: Survival Unit announcement for this upcoming survival horror mobile strategy game co-developed by Aniplex Inc. and JOYCITY Corporation (CEO: Seong Won Cho), based in South Korea. Resident Evil: Survival Unit features iconic characters across the franchise, including Claire Redfield, Leon S. Kennedy, Jill Valentine, and more. The game also features guest designer with original creature design by Yoshitaka Amano. Resident Evil: Survival Unit will be available on mobile in 2025, and pre-registration is available now on the App Store and Google Play.

Set in a parallel universe, the game presents an original storyline that builds upon the Resident Evil world while diverging from the original series.

The game opens with the protagonist awakening in a mysterious hospital, having been used as a test subject by Umbrella Corporation. As players uncover the truth and attempt to escape, the story unfolds into a parallel world where familiar characters from the original series return in a brand-new storyline that explores new developments and adventures alongside them.
