Jumping the flagpole in Super Mario Bros. can be done somewhat easily on later levels. But this is a much more impressive feat due to this being accomplished on the very first level.
About the game: Super Mario Bros was published by Nintendo came out in 1985. It’s a semi-sequel to Mario Bros. which was an arcade game from 1983. The game played in the video is the North American version which came out for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It’s one of the most famous games of all time, if not THE most famous. And it’s the first in the Super Mario Bros series. You can play as either Mario or his brother Luigi. You go through platforming stages, working your way through pipes, underwater, through castles and so on, in order to rescue Princess Toadstool for the clutches of Bowser. Super Mario Bros is one of the best selling games of all time. Mario was created by Shigeru Miyamoto.
