I have never made whoopie pies nor have ate them and I have really been wanting to make them for a while. I thought pac man would fit perfectly since they are round!!

PAC MAN Whoopie Pies – Quake N Bake
Chocolate Whoopie Pies:
1 3/4 cups (230 grams) all purpose flour
3/4 cup (75 grams) cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 tesspoon baking soda
3/4 cup (170 grams) salted butter
3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup (60 ml) buttermilk
1/2 cup (120 ml) lukewarm water
1/2 cup buttermilk
Marshmallow Creme Filling
3 1/2 oz Marshmallow Fluff (around 1/2 cup or 1/2 of a 7 oz jar)
1/4 cup vegetable shortening
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp hot water
1/4 tsp salt
